Continued globalization, of business, trade, travel and personal contacts has spawned a steady increase of foreign and transnational exposure within the legal system. Consequently individuals and businesses alike have a growing demand for a working knowledge of the laws and legal procedures of foreign countries. When faced with the need for foreign legal counsel, one may soon realize that this expertise is not readily available. Recognizing and understanding this need, we developed GLOBALAW in 1987 as a New York based international law firm exclusively focusing on matters of foreign and international law.

We are proud to note that for more than two decades the United States Department of Justice and other federal agencies have been using GLOBALAW in foreign matters. We also assist business corporations and the general public in their foreign legal matters.
